What can I use on spots on chin, exacerbated by mask wearing

Hi,
I have always got spots on my chin but they are worse at the moment. They are exacerbated by mask wearing but probably hormonal. I use Zineryt that used to work but doesn't seem to anymore. I have PCOS and am 46 years old.

My beauty therapist recommended using blotting paper (she gave me the dermalogica version but I've since got cheap versions) to use regularly.

Cheap and does seem to help.

Sudacream does wonders on spots and even blackheads, even after few hours help reduce redness

I’m the exact same @Yoyoyo1 😓 I wear masks at work too so lots of my day is spent wearing them.
I make sure I do a good cleanse at night then sleep in a spot treatment. I usually use Cetaphil Cleansing Lotion then sleep in Mario Badescu Drying Lotion. Tiny bottle but lasts forever as you just dot it on!

I clean with cerave smoothing wash, and then sudocrem. Seems to work on my chin breakouts

Paula’s Choice BHA Liquid Exfoliant is the best but v expensive, but the copy from Lacura from Aldi is very good too.
Both do a good job of decongesting the skin.

A tiny bit of Acnecide directly on spots (but not on the surrounding skin) has also worked well for me.

I have hormonal spots which are worse with mask wearing. Sudocrem is the best treatment I know for them but the thing that really works is cutting out refined sugar

Spot remover. It's brilliant stuff, I've used it for 20+ years, it works really quickly.
