Heard great things about their coats but no stores near me.

I'm looking to get this one.

In and out of the car but need a jacket and think this will do? The colors are they quite muted?
I'm looked at the teal or purple but was unsure if it will be bright, they charge for returns so any help is appreciated

I have the hooded version in green, which is a muted teal colour irl. I think it's perfect for in and out of the car, it's a good length for that and mine is very warm. Having said that I prefer having a hood, so it depends on what you want.

I have an ultra-light-down “oversized” one and love it. Very warm, and I think the oversized cut, more padded neckline too, makes it more chic. When it is very cold i wear it under another thinner wool coat, for a unique layered look. I am usually S-M but for the oversized one went for size S and it is perfect.

They are good enough, nothing special. You wont be disappointed but they are fairly average.

Personally if I was spending that much I'd spend a bit more and grab something from Tog24. They genuinely are warm decent quality coats and pack into their own integrated pocket not a separate bag (after you've replaced the bag a few times you get the value of this).

If that's an absolute max budget I'd check out tkmaxx and see if you can get a bargain one first.

Tog24 actually have this one cheaper

I've got 4. Wash well, wear well.

They are wonderful, so light and warm. I have a long one, but was thinking of also getting a shorter one. It’s warm enough to wear over a light jumper at the moment, but when it’s milder I just leave it open. When it’s very cold I layer it under other coats. The colours are nice but muted (ie not too bright).

I would suggest not getting a very light colour as those show stains more (my DD has a light blue one, and I have to wash it every few weeks). They are a bit of a pain to wash because you need to fluff the feathers again after drying. But spot cleaning with a sponge works well.
