Sorel sizing

Can I ask how they fit? I'm normally a 6 but sometimes need a 6.5 in narrow flat shoes

I would say true to size. I do size up to accommodate thick socks.

I'm a size 5.5 and the US 7.5 is perfect on me. Don't think my feet are particularly narrow though
