Any recommendations for home teeth whitening?
Advice and experience greatly appreciated ☺️

I'm 31, non smoker if that has any relevance!

Home teeth whitening doesn't have enough peroxide to actually whiten teeth as it became regulated over 10 years ago to maximum 0.1% max. For effective whitening you need to see a dentist. My previous dentist uses the phillips zoom system which is at home treatment - circa £300 usually but goes half price twice a year for full kit with trays, and top up syringes around £60 for a top up treatment. They vary from 6%-16% strength, which you can see is much higher than anything you can get over counter. My current dentist uses the ensure system which is in chair for one hour and a course at home which costs £499 Shock

I just buy the top up syringes now from previous dentist, it would be worth calling around for prices. You also need factor in cost for a check up and hygeniest appointment too - around
