Laser hair removal for legs - picture attached

I've grown out my previously waxed leg hair over the cooler months intent on getting laser. The salon said my skin is too fair for it to be effective. Are there specialists for lighter skin ?

I don’t think so - the laser itself works by identifying contrast (dark hair against light skin), which is why they recommend you do it in winter/ when you’re not tanned. I did had it done years ago and it was totally ineffective against the lighter hairs.

I have simular skin tone/hair colour and did 10 sessions with Therapie clinic. It seemed to work temporarily but I now need to shave my legs/underarms maybe once a week to remain hair free. Its not the perfect hair free outcome I was sold. I wouldn't recommend Therapie however, I had a few dissappointing experiences culminating in a laser burn on my bikini line when I expressed concerns about lack of progress and they changed laser settings. Their response was woeful and I wouldn't let them touch me with a laser again.

Laser works best where’s there’s a contrast so dark hair on light skin, so the fact your skin is light shouldn’t be a problem? Is it that your hair was too light ?

I would say some hair is light brown but mostly blonde or white.
