I am looking for this type of jumper - so fairly loose and warm, I like the colour too - but I am really short so I’d need it to be shorter and have more rubbing on the cuffs so that they do t absolutely swamp me. And ideally cheaper too please!

Any ideas where I can look or a steer to one you’ve seen please?

I am a size 12-14 on top, but it’s more that I’m short so don’t want anything to completely swamp my frame. I’d wear it with skinnies.

Ha, I have that jumper. This doesn’t help but I love it!

What about this one? www.net-a-porter.com/en-gb/shop/product/frankie-shop/clothing/turtleneck/ribbed-knit-turtleneck-sweater-and-scarf-set/11452292645121011

Ooooh. There is potential in the NAP one! The cuffs mean that I could turn them back (I would need to due to v short arms) and they would stay turned back, whereas unfortunately the H&M ones wouldn’t. The first H&M one would absolutely drown me, but the second might not as it is cut shorter in the body.

For the first time ever I am seeing that I have potential to be an apartment pants and comfy jumper and trainers kind of person, a relaxed look but smart enough. Quite aspirational for me!

I will ponder! Thanks!

I settled on this jumper from white stuff. The sleeves are long but because they’re so robbed, I can fold the whole cuff back and it stays on place, and doesn’t look too obviously rolled back. It’s warm too. I think it will do the job!

ribbed not robbed

www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1067392981/the-coco-wool-organic-cotton-oversized but I'm not sure if they allow returns.

WellTidy · 22/01/2022 12:52

Thanks, but as they dont accept returns, I wouldn’t buy.

I saw this one on an Instagrammer earlier - would it work?

The Knotty Ones jumper is lovely, I’m not sure about the White Stuff one though, it’s got very little in common with the original jumper and is very pedestrian.

Whistles have some lovely similar knitwear this year

WellTidy · 23/01/2022 12:45

I think I need more ribbing on the cuffs than the Sanny one has, Unfortunately. Although I’m a 12-14, I have a small frame and am super short, short arms etc. I’d need to roll the sleeves back in any jumper, but experience has taught me that the folds always fall out if there isn’t enough ribbing.

There is a branch of whistles in my local town centre, I think I will go in person.
