H&M returns

Had anyone done an H&M return lately please and could you tell me how to do one please?

What do you need to know ? You can return to store or Royal Mail or Hermes . There should be the labels in the bag .

Haven't done returns but wanted to say their customer service when I had a missing delivery was second to none, I was so surprisingly impressed!

Click start a return
They’ll send you a QR code that you show to the nice post office worker

Thanks, the parcel didn't include any return labels - I can see now That I can return via my orders online using Royal Mail or Hermes - this isn't made clear on the packing slip.
