Is there anyway to know when a company will do GWP?

Hi

I want to place a skin care order, in the next month or so. But last year, I placed an order and the next day they did a GWP. So wish I had waited.

I usually use Space NK, Cult beauty or liberty.

Is there anywhere that has details early? Or are they at certain times of the year? Or is it just random.
