Hate my arms

Hiya , I just wondered if anyone can recommend a firming cream for the inside of the tops of my arms . They are a little bit sagging and when I have my arms down by my sides I can see like dimples and wrinkles on the inside of my arms near the top . Can anyone recommend a firming cream that actually works ( and any exercises that actually work ) ? tia

Can’t recommend any creams although recommend body brushing for circulation for the bumps.
I do lots of hand weight exercises, they really help. Upward rows, bicep curls, shoulder press etc. lots of ideas on Pinterest for routines.

How about some press ups and tricep dips? You could do one of those 30 day challenges. They should cover most muscles in your upper arms.

No idea about creams I’m afraid.

I can recommend so called Chinese Bubbles for cellulite or sort-of-cellulite skin bumps, works magic with mine

How old are you?

I am 50 and do weights and am quite toned... yet I still have this issue too

I just accept it as a fun ageing thing that creeps on you, like jowls or wrinkly ankles or prematurely sagging knee caps 😭🤯

Swimming is fantastic for arms. Esp. front crawl. Also weights. My arms were never more toned than when I waitressed full time. You just have to work at it.
