Need new wardrobe for new job

Help!

I'm looking for outfit ideas to wear to my new job ... It needs to be casual but well presented for a charity based role. No jeans etc but not suits either. My style is quite alternative, bordering on goth/witchy normally and I'd like to bring a bit of that to my outfits, although in a more subtle way. I'm a short size 18 but all tummy and middle. Very much a typical apple shape! Can anyone suggest clothing items/style suggestions for a limited budget. I usually buy second hand but happy to buy new for this. Thank you stylistas!

I personally like blazers at work. If you have second hand places that has good quality clothes (or check ebay etc) I would recommend buying less but better quality (than more but cheaper clothes) and build a capsule wardrobe. Also have a look instagram or tiktok and follow people whose style you like.
