Facial exercise/Facial self-massage

Hi,

I’m currently on a VLC Diet and losing weight very quickly as a result. I have a big “double chin” but I can already tell it’s getting smaller.

I think it’s going to end up with excess skin as a result and I know the only real cure for that is surgery. But I was toying with the idea of doing facial exercises and maybe facial massage whilst losing weight in the hopes it might have a small impact - not expecting any kind of miracle and also not really that bothered if it doesn’t really work, but thought it’s worth a punt!

Anyone have any advice for books/videos etc to follow? There are quite a few different books around, anyone have any advice of which are good, particularly ones that help the under-chin area?

Thanks in advance!

I bought this woman's training plan about how to get rid of a double chin and stop your face from being droopy. It really works! You'll notice a difference within a week if you keep it up, which I do not

It cost around £20 for 1 year of access, but that's all you'll need. Once you've learned the exercises you can do them forever.

Foreo bear toned up my jowls after significant weight loss. I don’t have the patience for facial exercises and read that moving the skin that much could possibly increase wrinkles. The foreo bear does not move the skin as much, just targets muscles.
