Olaplex - not impressed

So recently got bought Olaplex shampoo and conditioner.
I'm not massively impressed with it.
It's dried my scalp out so it's all flaky, and condition wise it doesn't seem much different. I would say it perhaps stays frizz free and smoother for longer, but that's about it.
I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair. It's also balayage-d, but not in bad condition.
Any suggestions of shampoo and conditioner which would suit me better?

F. I like olaplex but wouldn’t mind changing to another brand as it doesn’t have many of the chemicals that destroys coloured hair

I also have thick frizzy hair. Hated Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Loves #3, #6 and #8.

I currently use Davines shampoo and conditioner.

I don't like Olaplex I have fine hair and it make sit so much worse, I can't understand the hype but assumed is was because I had fine hair.

I use keratin kit for brazillian blowdry treatment at home for fraction of the cost which makes my hair manageable, like normal hair, and philip kingsley elastocizer to bring my hair back from grave.
