Warm, thin and hip-length?

I trawled the shops today searching for sweaters that are:

  1. Thin knit
  2. Warm (but not itchy at all)
  3. Hip length

Everything was either cropped, or mid thigh, or chunky knit, or too much wool so too itchy.

Help!!!

The Uniqlo merino jumpers are great. www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/women/knitwear/jumpers-cardigans/extra-fine-merino-jumpers-cardigans

I was going to post Uniqlo too! Definitely not itchy. Their thermal tops fit the bill as well, I wear them under everything.

Oh thank you. And definitely, definitely not itchy?

We don't have a Uniqlo here sadly. I'm a narrow shouldered 10/12 but with big boobs. What size should I go for?

@peaceanddove I'm a 10/12 and buy medium merino jumpers from Uniqlo, although I'm a 30D so not big boobs. A large might fit better with bigger boobs perhaps

This looks about hip length, www.marksandspencer.com/polka-dot-crew-neck-jumper/p/clp60507442?color=LIGHTCREAM#intid=prodColourId-60507442 there are more on the site.

Try the cotton jumpers from here

www.figcashmere.com

I got one at a Christmas market last month, it's really fine weave, really warm and falls to hip level. So impressed I'm thinking about ordering another one

greatape · 14/01/2022 21:51

@SquirmOfEels ohhhh these look great, just what my wool hating skin wants! Thanks

HelloDulling · 14/01/2022 22:23

Definitely not.

A M would be a slim fit, L would be slightly more loose. I love Uniqlo, but they don’t cut for boobs.
