Hi, my daughter is starting to suffer from greasy hair and it's happening quite quickly.
Can anyone please recommend a good shampoo for pre-teen hair and a conditioner just for the ends.
Thanks in advance :)

Vosene for the shampoo. Cruelty free too.

DD started using Head and Shoulders for that very reason at around 9yo. Tried to keep washes to a minimum. Twice a week worked well.

As for conditoner, any will do of it's only for the ends.

My 11yo daughter uses Body Shop ginger shampoo and cheap Alberto Balsam raspberry conditioner for the ends. She has greasy roots and very dry ends. Her hair never looked clean or shiny before she started on this but it's much improved now.

Thank you, some great suggestions. I bet the ginger shampoo smells lovely!

Shampoo bar -I use faith in nature. It’s very gentle on the roots and doesn’t strip the ends so she shouldn’t need conditioner.

Get some dry shampoo as well, so that you don’t have to over - wash her hair.

Both of my DDs used Simple shampoo and conditioner at this age - it's effective without being to 'heavy', and good for those transition years between kids shampoo and adult products.

Thanks for these ideas - I hadn't thought of dry shampoo. :)
