Is this a mole? Shall I leave it alone?

I have the urge to scratch and pick at it.
Its a rock hard skin coloured lump. I want it to be a skin tag so I can cut it off but I think it might be a mole.
It's on my scalp.
I'll leave it alone if its a mole.

I’m thinking skin tag and I have many many of them.
