Upper eyelid surgery blepharoplasty

I've decided I'm going to go for it..Can anyone recommend a surgeon. I was watching Caroline Hiron's youtube video about it. How can I find out who her surgeon was?

Anyone got any experience or recommendation?

I'd never heard of her so was interested to see the video as I could do with this surgery....who is she and why's she such an expert then? Her skin's quite poor and she's not even a good speaker! She's terribly gaspy and breathy when she talks....the eyelids look ok..but you can sort of see where it's been tucked up at the sides? Maybe it's not healed yet?
