Concealer in a pot?

timeforteaforyouandme · 12/01/2022 09:50

Does anyone have a good tip for a concealer in a pot? I am back putting on eye make up at 6am for work and can only just about cope with finger painting on cream eye shadow when I'm still half asleep!
I currently use Estée Lauder double wear instant fix but I keep dabbing too much on with the applicator.
Would like to find a concealer in a pot to apply with my little finger.

Glossier Stretch concealer.

Fabulous stuff.

Laura Mercier Secret Concealer For Under Eyes. It’s really good. Although if you’re trying to hide shadows, you’ll probably get better results with a corrector/brightener applied underneath the concealer- it helps to neutralise the dark tones. A good one is Trish McCavoy’s brightener.

Kiko concealer in a pot is my favorite for concealing red areas around my nose. Very creamy.

Trinny London Just A Touch. Amazing stuff.

Glossier Stretch concealer.

Fabulous stuff.

I was going to say Glossier Stretch too!
Kjr33 · 12/01/2022 11:25

Glossier is very good, nyx do one that’s ok too (cheaper)

If your skin is on the dry side you can't go wrong with Benefit Bo-ING brightening concealer, it used to be erase paste.

Wouldyoubaby · 12/01/2022 12:30

Was just coming on to say benefits erase paste (called boing now!) but can see I was just popped to the post. It’s amazing stuff!

Gufo · 12/01/2022 12:34

Another vote for BOING!

Wow lots of suggestions thank you! I'm not sure where to start!

Yes it's dark bits in the corner of my eyes, less so the under eye area.

I might try the benefit if I can find it. I just looked in my local boots and Superdrug and they didn't have any of the above so will need to order or go to a bigger town/city.

Seems a bit ridiculous to just order concealer online

Have ordered glossier. If I don't like it DD will probably appreciate it!

Thanks all!

Revolution Conceal & Fix. Similar effect to the Glossier and Benefit but much cheaper and cruelty free :)

PinkCosYouAreSoVery · 12/01/2022 21:25

Benefit Boing - I dont know what I would do if they discontinued it, its a genuine fear of mine!!

AgnesNaismith · 12/01/2022 21:30

Boing for me too - put on make up this morning, still looked rough…put on boing and suddenly I looked like myself again.

BusterGonad · 15/01/2022 12:46

You can order the Benefit to be delivered to your local Boots store.

freshflowers2 · 15/01/2022 13:23

Glossier stretch 💯

Beachgirl33 · 15/01/2022 20:05

Mac studio finish in a wee pot. A little goes a long way. Pot lasts for ages

SlatternIsMyMiddleName · 15/01/2022 20:19

Another one for Benefit Boing.

timeforteaforyouandme · 31/01/2022 14:27

Update: I bought the glossier stretch and like the consistency but maybe some days I need more coverage over dark circles.

Have now got a benefit cakeless concealer even thought it's not in a pot because the salesperson said it would probably suit me and my crepey skin better than the original boing
