Frizzy hair products that work please!

I had my lockdown hair cut today. It is naturally wavy/curly as you can see from my first picture. It looked great post hairdo but within an hour it’s pretty frizzy and annoying. I have tried so many products over the years but would really like to keep the smooth look all day! Is this even possible or do I just need to embrace the frizz 🙈

John Freida Frizz Ease here

Your hair isn't frizzy. It's curly. You either need some straighteners or a something like a Revlon one step to blow dry it.

I don’t think you have to embrace the frizz but if you are working against your curls you might need to find products to manage the frizz. If you can work with you natural hair you won’t have as much of a fight. There are so many products that define and enhance waves/curls and you won’t be spending time and effort to keep it smooth. I love your hair in both pics but my friends who have after years of aiming for sleekness, have been so much happier when their hairdressers convinced them to stop blow drying /straightening their hair.

I'd look up curly girl method and stop fighting your natural texture because it's beautiful

I use Brazilian Straight keratin treatment kit, it's a brazilian blowdry that you do yourself for a fraction of the cost of what the hairdressers charge.

Curly girl method. Embrace your curls. Took me 2 years to grow out my straightened hair and wouldn't touch straighteners now

Moroccan oil works for me . It's still wavy / curly but no frizz . I use a Babyliss hot air styler . Embrace your waves .

Do you like the waves? If so embrace them and use products for curly hair!

Curly Girl does not have to be complicated - stay away from the Facebook groups, just pick a range of products that are compliant like Only Curls (many many others are available), apply a bucketload of conditioner and enjoy your beautiful curls.
