Dunnes

I’ve ordered some household goods and tops from Dunnes stores ( we used to have them in Scotland and they all closed ) assuming they would ship from NI however they have shipped from the Republic , one parcel is £35 worth the other is £9 . Will I have to pay any customs or VAT on them ? I’ve googled and from what I can make out I would pay on an order over £135 .

Did you shop on the uk site? I’m assuming it’ll be ok given they have stores in NI, presumably their stock comes from ROI too.

Yeah I shopped on the U.K. site hopefully everything is ok with it .

I didn't have to pay anything, and got mine today but they did take nearly 2 weeks to come

Hi, I've placed bigger orders than that to England and not had to pay so I don't think so. Sometimes they arrive pretty quick but occasionally I've had to wait up to a couple of weeks.

That’s good I am not in a rush for the items but handy to know no charges
