I’m a bridesmaid in a few months and there is 2 dress options one is low back and one is a lace back so either way I can’t wear my normal bra.
What can I wear I'm a dd so def can’t go bra-less!

Boob tape?

Have you tried them on without a bra? I’m FF but go braless when necessary.

You can those adapter straps which convert an existing bra so that the straps go lower: www.bravissimo.com/products/low-back-converter-32-pf104/?gclid=CjwKCAiA5t-OBhByEiwAhR-hm1oty87HDjYiKC0WwqAzoOYoSLiH6KwyvFTgk6aR4z5vE83FSOm86hoC33YQAvD_BwE#black-pf104blk

I do wish people would consider things like this when suggesting dresses. Have you discussed with the other bridesmaids; it could be a good starting point?

I’m a 36F, and as another poster has suggested, the first thing l would do is try the dress without a bra. I sometimes wear sun dresses braless (not at work) in the warm weather. Good ones can work as they are often designed to wear without a bra.

Personally, l would avoid strap converters etc. I think you could be for ever fiddling and worrying. Bras are really not made to be worn that way.

I also have something similar to this. I’m pleased with the one l have but have not linked it as it is out of stock. But looking for similar items may help.

Cheaper options are available.

‘Hope you get sorted!

How low is the low back? You can get bras designed to work, though I can’t imagine you end up with a very attractive shape under the dress. I doubt you are the only bridesmaid with this issue; can you mention it to the bride? If she’s giving you choices, she might be happy to add another into the mix.

There are loads of stick on options available. I used one that looked like a separate sticky teardrop for each boob and that worked well. That frock was almost halterneck so high fronted - it wouldn't have worked for one that was low cut as well. I was amazed how secure it felt and the decent shape it gave.

Surely the bride should have given this some consideration for dresses for her bridesmaids, even though any others may be able to be braless comfortably?

Stick ons boosted with micropore tape

It's not ideal and I only ever used this approach when I was not overweight, so absolutely no extra 'flesh'.
