Anyone ordered from here? How are returns? I'm looking at the alpaca cardigans, be grateful for a review if anyone has experience!

I like their clothes but their customer service is pathetic. I was sent a pair of trainers for my husband that had had a penis drawn on them (I did laugh) and it took an age to get a refund. I’ve also been sent incorrect items and broken homeware (which has also been difficult to get a refund for). I won’t shop with them anymore, but do buy their stuff through zalando.

OP I have the boxy alpaca v neck cardigan in multiple colours - I love it. It comes up quite big, I’m a 10 and S is generous. I tend to wear mine over round neck t-shirts, usually with a graphic on them (band type style) but I think you could wear them as a v-neck jumper with a camisole if that’s your style. They are soft, warm, and wash in the wool cycle. Some of mine I have had for years and they still look brand new. 10/10 recommend.

Oh, and just to say if you get the size right and like it they do often pop up on Depop. I have it in six colours (collected over several years) and think I paid full price for two.
