50th birthday party dress

In need of your collective wisdom! It’s my 50th birthday soon and I’m having a party - I’m a size 14, 5’8”, 34E and after a sequin dress, ideally a midi or maxi. No bare back and would prefer a sleeve but not a flappy one. Budget up to £200. Can anyone help?!

I am currently lusting after acquiring a dress from Rixo which is around that price point. Also have a look at Ghost which are a little cheaper and also gorgeous but still very elegant. Happy birthday!
