I saw a picture of Louise Thompson wearing this gorgeous coat but I can't find one similar anywhere!

Has anyone seen anything like it? Or, if not, how would you describe it to help my search?

Ah yes , I didn't think about the cost. Right I've got a few extra minutes, I'll go hunt. I take it fake sheepskin is in order too?

You could always direct message her on Instagram to ask. Many influencers are very good at replying, or they'll address it in their stories if many people have asked the same thing.

Why not look at second hand. There are loads on eBay and presumably also other sites. You can get a real sheepskin for the same price as a new fake one. These three are examples currently for sale.

I'd call it a midi length shearling coat.
