Haircuts for swishy hair

I’m on a hair improvement mission for 2022! I’ve got lots of fine, nearly rib cage length hair and want it to look ‘swishy’, maybe a bit like Kim Sears’!

What’s the best haircut to achieve this for my hair type? I currently have a fairly blunt, nearly all one length cut so could try nearly any style. It looks great after I dry it with a round brush, but do certain cuts enhance the look Kate Middleton and Kim Sears have? The lots of hair, hanging in that posh manner, look?

Do you know which type of layers? I’d like to be specific when I next go to a hairdresser, I’ve had some terrible cuts before!
