Thinking of fat freezing or electronic frequency methods rather than full on surgery.

Please don’t call them bingo wings. 🙄 Just use elbow length tops to hide what you don’t want seen or do firming exercises.

I don't like wearing long sleeve tops in the Summer Sad And you can't spot reduce fat from exercising. I could build muscle but that won't strip the excess fat I have that gathers disproportionately on my arms to the rest of my body.

Are you overweight OP and the issue is fat, or are you the correct weight and its loose skin? If the former, slow weight loss at the same time as building muscle will help. You can't spot reduce, but if your body fat is sufficiently low it will reduce from your arms too. If its skin then you could try laser tightening, either at home or in the salon, or a thread lift. For a temporary fix you can also buy lifting tape that fixes under the armpit. Good for short sleeves although not for strappy tops.

I think a downward dog pose in yoga helps improve them.

I found worktop press ups help . I do a few every time I am waiting for the kettle to boil. My arms also look better when they are tanned .
