I'm gutted that this product that worked so well r to cover rosacea redness is no longer available.
Anyone know of any other correcting creams/ foundations that would substitute.?

I'm not looking for a green tint type cream ,but an actual sub for their "neutralising cream " beige
Thanks!

I don’t know if you would class it as a green type one but the dr jart+ Cicapair jar is fab, I bought a little sample set with a serum and a cream too from boots and will be re-purchasing the serum and the jar but possibly not the face cream. It was around £10 to try all three.

This is what I got although I’m sure it was less than £20 in store but maybe I’m kidding myself.

I see a brand called Rosalique advertised on Facebook a lot. Am tempted to try it - looks very good, but can't vouch for it personally.

Thanks both, will check both of those out!
I don't understand why IT discontinued, it , was such a good product that really worked. But hey ho.

Rosalique is really good! But it’s yellow toned so if you’re yellow under the redness it’s fine.
I used to use Bye Bye Redness but found it too beigey and fake looking.

It covers your red... unfortunately it turns you yellow. You can see this on the Instagram ads.

I find ELDW so good I just use a touch on the bits of my face I want to cover.

Rosalique is good but it is quite dark and only comes in one shade I think. The main issue I have with it is that it just doesn’t last any time at all on your skin. I would avoid buying their brush as well - gives an excellent result initially but all the bristles came out in a couple of weeks.

PoodleKaboodle · 11/01/2022 16:02

I use it as a base/primer for foundation, it’s enough coverage on its own though and it does last but my skin is dry.
I imagine on oilier skin it might not last as long.
I use IT Cosmetics Heavenly Skin Brush to apply it, haven’t used Rosalique’s own brush so can’t comment on that.

I really like this one, it really has made a difference to my skin www.feelunique.com/p/Uriage-Roseliane-Anti-Redness-CC-Cream-SPF50-40ml

Belated thanks again for replies! I've been using Rosalique for a coupla weeks, under lightish foundation and it seems ok, agree with everyone about the yellowishness, but under foundation it's quite acceptable, and you only need a little on the worst parts of redness , so reasonable price too.

Waiting for Estée Lauder DW, to arrive now, to give that a go too.
But in exciting news , lol, I've also got hold of the correct shade of IT Bye Bye Redness from their Amazon page in the US,where it isn't discontinued. So pleased, and the price with shipping only a few quid more than it was here.

Thanks again for the suggestions!

The brand Clinique makes a foundation that's called redness solutions. It comes in a green bottle only to distinguish it from the non redness solutions. I too have used and loved the IT bye bye redness because it worked so good. To be honest, in my opinion, the Clinique brand is not quite as good but it is a close second!
