Selling something vintage?

I was at my mum's over Christmas and given that y2k/90s fashion is back, went for a rummage in my old wardrobe to see if I had any old gems about. Sadly no clothes left, but I found an old pair of ridiculous platform chunky trainers that I bought in Camden in 2000 when I was 16. I had a quick look online and similar trainers have sold on eBay for over £200.
I've never sold anything valuable second hand before, although I am a regular ebayer. Part of me wants to sell them and see them be loved again, another part of me thinks maybe I should keep them for my kids or another revival? DH thinks I should wear them but honestly I think I look daft - we got together when I was 17 so I think it gives him enormous nostalgia.
Any advice? Will I regret selling them?

You might, you might not. Nobody can really say. Ask yourself these questions:
Have I got the space to store them?
If I kept them, what would I do with them?
Would you really wear them again?
Are you short of ready cash?
Would the DC think they were just 'old tat'?
