Mine is just a mess and it would be great to have some clear strategy for what goes where. Any tips would be fab please :)

On the sofa, under the cat

Am in the middle of sorting it, but cat has covered it in fur.

Normally, most stuff in drawers, organised by type.

Dresses, skirts and coats hanging on rail

I have one child's wardrobe with a low hanging rail but where I can keep all my cardigans and equivalents (about 35) and tops (about 20) which are infinitely mixed and matched. Each section is ordered by colour (no black or white or grey!). Trousers are folded on the bottom. I only change over my trousers by season, the summer ones are currently in a crate under my stairs. I then have a couple of drawers in a chest of drawers with some less favourite clothes (or scruffy tshirts) which is getting smaller and smaller since what is the point of having 'less favourite' clothes.... I roll everything Kondo style so can get loads in and have some jumpers in there too. Two occasion dresses and two coats are in DP's taller wardrobe. I would need a taller wardrobe if I wore dresses!
