I am about to give birth but already have a primary aged child. DH won't be able to do drop off or pick ups so regardless of sleep I will have to drive her (about 20 min drive) and walk her in. When she was a baby I barely got dressed or left the house for the first 3 months!! So I am looking for some suggestions of what I could buy to wear when I look a wreck and haven't slept but need something really easy but not my teddy onesieGrin

I lived in leggings on mat leave and also rate Thea joggers from Hush - I'm 5'4" and they are a great length. Not so good if you're taller. I have a tie dye sweatshirt that looks a bit interesting, or so I tell myself Grin

Otherwise I wore jeans and a selection of feeding tops.

A decent coat to go over whatever you've got on underneath. Cool trainers or boots, whatever makes you feel good. A hat that suits you if your hair needs a lot of attention to look good.

Sainsburys do great comfy joggers like Hish for about £14.

Hush not Hish!

This. Long Coat, tights and boots. Wear your nighty underneath

My dc1 was born at the end of winter so all i wore was dresses. Your shape can continue to change in dresses.

Thanks everyone. A coat to cover up the chaos beneath and a hat are good suggestions.
