Ask to get this moved op you've posted in style and beauty.
But I will answer as I have experience unfortunately soFlowers. It's overwhelming and scary at the same time for me it was anyway. Everyone is different though. Hth.

@Sef89 I'm really sorry. I saw a while ago that you were pregnant and was so happy for you (I've been looking at so many threads...). I'm not quite 40 (not so far though), but have recently miscarried and I can only imagine the pain of going through it multiple times. I can't share my own success story but do have plenty of friends (some in their 40s) who were successful after losses.

I had DD2 at 41 after a very traumatic tfmr (had DD two years before that, difficult pregnancy with bad sickness etc).
Very straightforward pregnancy and an elective section. I was under a consultant throughout though and on aspirin as well as high dose of folic acid and dropped my work days in third trimester purely because of tiredness. They advised reducing stress and eating well and monitored a bit more frequently, but nothing special aside from the above.
If you are healthy and there are no underlying reasons for the MCs, there is no reason why you shouldn’t get your rainbow. A LOT of women in my ‘regular’ clinic were my age or older.
Sending hugs xx

So happy for you Tinitiny, tfmr must have been so very painful. Forgot to mention that the hospital I went to for dealing with the miscarriage said that the average age of women giving birth there was 40 plus. x

No personal positives to add but just wanted to wish you well.
Long-term Twitter friend just had twins at 40. Best of luck OP

Had a loss at 40 then fortunately got pregnant with our rainbow at 41, so it can happen. Good luck 🤞
