What mascara for super sensitive eyes?

My eyes get irritated by a lot of makeup but I miss mascara. Also I need a mascara remover that won’t hurt my eyes. Suggestions?

Have you tried a tubing mascara than coats the lashes? You just use warm water to remove the tubes from the lashes the end of the day.

I used to use this when I had super sensitive eyes, it was the only thing that didn't leave me with red sore eyes.

Blinc was the original brand of tubing mascara, but there are lots of different ones available these days:

Lancome hypnose is the only one that doesn't make me want to pull my eyelashes out.

I second the tubing mascara suggestion. I've got the Clinique one.

I have had patch testing and am allergic to a lot of the ingredients in traditional mascara. You can get mascaras that are coloured with things like berries and tea. I use these and have no problems.

For removing make up have you tried a balm or oil? I find I can get all of my make up off easily with no rubbing or wiping which always made the skin around my eyes sore.

These are great ideas, thank you

Not sure about mascara but my mum has really sensitive eyes and for makeup remover she uses a La Roche Posay one and won’t use anything else. Not sure which specific one though, sorry.
