Can you "feel" filler in your face?

I don't mean can you feel it by touching, which I assume you can, but does it always feel like something is "there"? And if you say, sleep on your front, will you feel it when you turn your face on your pillow?

I know it's a slightly weird question but I'm thinking of getting some in the new year!

You can feel it for maybe a week or so till it settles. X

I was just coming to say the same. Yes you can feel it for a week or two but not after that. If it is facial filler (cheek etc) you’ll be advised to sleep on Your back for a few weeks too.

And how long do the effects really last? I've heard up to a year but that's quite vague really!

I've been having fillers for years and have never been advised to sleep on my back.
