Which Himalayan salt lamp is best for sleeping?

Want to buy a Himalayan salt lamp for our bedroom hoping it'll help with sleeping better and breathing easier. Which one's the best? I've heard it's easy to buy a fake/low quality one....

Do they actually do anything? I thought they were just woo?

I have no idea if they help with sleeping, but they are so gorgeous! I've had one for years and this xmas I bought two as gifts from these guys and I can guarantee they are the real deal, lovely quality. Just a heads up. They come with a 15 watt bulb ad these people sell replacement 15s and also 25s to give a brighter glow, and they say all bulbs suitable for all sizes, so I bought a pack of 25s. They made the smaller lamps I'd bought hot so I'm keeping them for the bigger one only, no heat at all there.

If your looking for replacement bulbs, fridge/oven bulbs are the exact same. You can pick them up in Home Bargains or B&M for about £1.50 for a pack of 2.
Been using them for years with no problems whatsoever and my salt lamp is on 24/7 🙂
