I ordered the foundation. When I did the quiz I got shade 90. Asked DH to do it for me and he got 60 so I ordered that.

Shade 60 - arrived and was extremely orange on me! So I emailed them. They offered either to send it back or they would send another shade. I chose another shade.

Shade 20: They sent me shade 20 after looking at photos and asking questions. It arrived very quickly. The colour was spot on when first applied. A few hours later I looked in the mirror and lo and behold the orange was back! It clearly oxidised. I emailed again and they suggested shade 40.

Shade 40: arrived and was on the verge of being a touch too dark. Also a touch too orange. Wasn't 100% happy but persevered. In the ended decided it was just too orange and am going to give up and return it for a refund.

Positives: coverage is good, lasts decent length of time. Customer service excellent! Really quick responses and posting. You don't have to return the foundation if you try another colour. My sister actually suited on of the colours so she got a free foundation.

Negatives: not sure what it is about my skin (oily) but all of them oxidised orange. My sister took shade 20 and it didn't turn orange on her (dry skin). The amount of packaging they use is ridiculous too. So much waste.

The oils in your skin are what is causing the product to oxidise. Blotting before and after applying the foundation can help.

Not heard of the brand, Google suggests they've become a thing through heavy social media marketing.

Yeah, I do everything for oily skin, primer etc. I've never had a foundation oxidise like this. I will stick with my Estée Lauder!

It's crap. I was shocked at the poor quality

I tried it and wasn't impressed, have gone back to Nars .

I bought some after it was recommended on here and really regret the waste of money! I found it very thick and greasy. I like full coverage, but this didn't look good at all.

My bottle exploded in my make up bag on a plane, which was the icing on the cake

But tbh, I was glad to be rid of it!

I also had a problem (their fault) with delivery, and they weren't great in dealing with that either

I use it and absolutely love it. Never oxidises for me, and it's really light but great cover. Everyone's skin will respond differently.

I’ve got the concealer and it’s- fine. No better than any other really.

But why didn’t you get the shade the quiz gave you?

Interesting so many people don’t like it, I’m not a big foundation wearer but I’ve been so pleased with it. I don’t find it too heavy or oily and the shade was a perfect match for me.

I got sucked in by their social media marketing andbought their suggested foundation and concealer. I didn't like the foundation much but love the concealer, so much so I've rebought it recently.

The foundation was bit too thick for me and went a bit orange on me too, even though I have brown skin which is quite dry.

Ive got the foundation and concealer.

The foundation is quite thick so has lasted me ages.
The concealer tube is annoying as you can't get the last lot out of it!!
But colour was fine for me.

I got a very orange shade too but didn't bother sending it back. I wish I had as I though the actual foundation was a bit shit anyway. Never used them again.

I don't trust anything that's advertised all over FB and Instagram. It's nity cheap either iirc. I'll stick to my ELDW.

I agree really. I'm not on SM so didn't know this was everywhere. Actually would have avoided if I'd known!

I love mine & was blown away by the colour match, especially as I'm a difficult tone to match. No changing colour & no orange at all I bought more as I loved it so much

My skin is on the dry side though, so no oil to alter the colour

Sorry but I love it. My first shade was wrong but they switched to 20 and I loved it. Also have the concealer, mascara and eyebrow pen. The coverage is perfect for me as I usually get oily patches but haven't had it once with this.

To be fair to the company, I've had no issues at all with the customer service! In fact they've told me not to bother sending the last foundation back and they will just refund me.
I didn't go with shade 90 as I suspected that it would be too dark. Based on the other shades I was right! I found the quiz really hard to be honest.

I usually use Estée Lauder double wear and I found the coverage much the same and the blending to be very similar too. It wore about the same on my skin too over the day.

Sadly I have yet to find anything amazing for my oily skin but I certainly don't think it was crap.

I think crap is too strong, but not good for the price. And I spend way too much on make up. But this didn't measure up to similar products in the same price bracket for me.

I do think some of these companies spend a fortune on their IG and FB marketing and that's why their products are ££££.

I thought it was fine, but isn't my go to foundation. Colour matching is difficult at the best of times and I cant criticise them for a fairly decent job and decent exchange policy when I don't get it right choosing for myself half the time with new brands. At least they refund.

My first was a tad dark but in fairness I was losing some summer colour, second was fine but the formula is a bit heavy for me. I also think ELDW is awful and mask like. I've gone back to some old favourites for now until i find an alternative ( laura mercier tinted moisturiser with nars concealer, Lancome teint idole ultra wear for heavier makeup days)
