If you wear make up, what is your monthly budget for beauty and make up?

I know some people spend nothing!

I work in an industry where a full face of make up is very much expected. So I'll probably never get to a point where I need no skincare or make up.

Just interested in what others spend. I'm trying to write a budget for myself and trying to decide what is reasonable.

Could be nothing. Could be £30 or £100. I adore make up.

Wearing makeup means you have to have skincare routine as well to properly cleanse and refresh. Looking at what I have and thinking about how often I go through them, I’d say I spend around £35/ month on skin care and around £25/month on makeup. I don’t do heavy makeup, but do do all the usual- foundation, powder, blusher, eyes, lips, in summer a bit of bronzer or self tan.

I have considered getting facial tattoo permanent makeup but I keep thinking how will I look at 80 wearing a makeup style that’s outdated by fifty years because I’ve done it permanent like?
