Good morning, I’ve birthday and Christmas money to spend and am considering a small handbag. Ive been looking at some on the cambridge satchel website, like the poppy and daisy. But wondering if you can advise on what else is out there!

Did you look at the Wanderers ones (i think I posted that on the thread you were looking at) - they are nice leather and in budget.

Yoshi do some lovely leather bags, I’m not keen on the decorated ones.
I have the Meehan slouch bag, it’s very well made and holds a lot despite not looking over large.

I know I keep recommending them but have a look at Elvis and Kresse. Unusual and they donate 50% of their profits to the Firefighters charity.

Katie Loxton have some lovely ones, they're vegan leather though, not real. Lusso London have lovely Italian leather ones. From the big brands, Kate Spade on sale is good value.

I have a couple of cambridge satchel bags and really like them. The poppy is lovely and a great size, they also have a sale on some styles and colours at the moment. I also have the bowls bag which I prefer but is a bit pricier. You get 10% off your first order with newsletter sign up.

I've got my eye on the Poppy too, they seem good value for the quality, and not priced at 'designer' level.

Between the Cambridge Satchel Company and Coach I would always choose Coach .I feel they have more of a polished look .The Shay is discounted to £175 on the John Lewis website.
Plenty of different styles under the £177 mark on the Coach website.

Aurora London has some lovely bags that will pretty much all be within your budget. I have two, and would recommend.

Wouldn't recommend a shay by coach and usually I do love coach, it's made of quite thin leather it would seem and has worn quite quickly at the edges. Took it to the coach store in the summer and she basically said its wear and tear... after about 6 months.
