Desperately need help :). I'm a terrible shopper and my standard outfit is black skinny jeans and slightly dressy top to most semi casual events. I'm going to a gig in January and really want to wear something different. I have in my head a lycra mini skirt ( mid 90s vibe), black tights and what on top??
