I’ve had it for Christmas and the online description says “strapS” but mine has one detachable adjustable strap. Can’t get an answer from customer support and the store is a long drive away.
Anyone confirm that it has one or two straps?

If it's a cross body bag it will only have one strap (to go across the body)

Just looked and as it's a cross body bag, it will only have one strap. It does say 'cross body strap' in the main text. I expect 'straps' in the details has been copied and pasted from another bag.

I agree with the others. I expect it's a typo.

I think that must be a typo as there are no other straps in any of the pictures. I wonder why the strap is detachable though if there isn’t a strap to swap with?
I love the bag but would love it more if it had a short strap as well! The long strap excess gets in the way when it is shortened

Solved the mystery, went near a store today and looked in the bags under the paper stuffing! No extra strap to be seen!
