OK this is not about me having enormously over eaten over Christmas.
I am 50. My waist is still fairly slim but my thighs and bottom are bigger than they were when I was 20 (never tried to diet etc).
I think i could lose it if i tried really hard.
Is it ok to be more padded out in your 50th decade? I only ask because I am single and do not have a-another to nag me. (i am about 10 stone used to be about 8 stone). thanks
