Repair Shop Kirsten’s jumper

Just been watching The Repair Shop Christmas special. I love Kirsten’s jumper - pale grey with a red diamond pattern around the yoke. It also had a red trim around the hem. Does anyone know where it is from?

Hhhhmmmm. Similar, but I really like the simplicity of the pattern in the one Kirsten is wearing.
