Styling help for Christmas present

Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you've been spoilt.
I've been given as a surprise a 'led astray' necklace from Margeaux studios. I love it but have no idea how to style it. It's a chunky freshwater pearl necklace in neutral tones.

I'm not a particularly girly girl and I'm not sure if I could wear it with jeans and a tee?

I've got some vouchers for next and other online clothing so could maybe get something to go with it.

Am very interested in your input.

I've just had a look at it - isn't it lovely, you lucky thing, you! It looks really versatile - it could be smart or casual quite easily. I think a plain tee would be absolutely fine - let that beautiful necklace do all the talking. I'd suggest a scoop neck style.

Oh wow it's gorgeous you lucky thing! I think my style advice is ignore the model on the website she looks like an extra from princess bride!
First look I though of with the necklace was v necks and skinny jeans and bikers! It's a really modern piece and very versatile. I would go bold and block colours that arnt white or cream - you want to draw attention to the lovely varied natural tones of the pearls.

I'm jealous I saw lots of freshwater pearls in Tenerife recently I really want some!

Thanks for responding, I'll try some.of your suggestions. I was worried that strong colours would overpower them if you see what I mean?

I'm going to make more of an effort with clothes this coming year as I'm sick of lounge wear.

It would look great with just a plain t-shirt or shirt

its gorgeous and versatile. I think you could wear it casual or dressy, with anything. Either a lower neck or as pasty pirate says colours to let the pearls stand out.

It’s very feminine and I would avoid a twin set!
I would do the rock chic thing - a band t shirt, skinnies , leather jacket, docs - not necessarily all at once!🤣

I totally agree about the twin-set that's not me at all! I've had a good look through my wardrobe today and think I've got some good options, mostly for the summer.
