Hello!
I have ombré blue to turquoise hair which I maintain very well using permanent box dye at the roots and semi permanent at the bottom. However, I know permanent box dye is damaging and should be avoided. Both brands I'm using are LIVE.
My natural hair colour is mouse brown and the length is just past shoulders - I don't know how to cover the roots if I used semi permanent instead of permanent.
My current method gives great visual results. It's just the damage factor I'm trying to avoid.
Any tips would be great.
