New foundation/tinted moisturiser

I've used EL Doublewear Light for years (I think it's just been discontinued) but I'm finding recently (I'm 44) that it looks too dry on my skin and highlights my forehead wrinkles!
Any ideas for a new foundation/tinted moisturiser? I only wear quite neutral makeup and prefer it to look natural. I'm also pretty light skinned (The last colour I got was 'Dawn') TIA

Clinique Even better, or Even better glow for a dewy lit from within look. Not matte, not too dewy just nice and natural. Doesn't stick to dry patches and doesn't clog up wrinkles.

EL did the same with me! Im looking at IT cosmetics CC cream the original one. Its cc cream apparently it is a foundation its got loads of good reviews and was reccomended to me on here. I'm waiting to see if theres any offers in jan.

If you need to find your shade theres a website called " findtion" which is spot on

I've used double wear light for years and I can't believe they're discontinuing it without a new alternative. I've been trying different brands and so far have been through Clinique even better, Mac studio and Charlotte Tilbury.
I'm now glad they've ditched Double Wesr light as Charlotte Tilbury is lovely, stays on my skin much better, doesn't need a finishing powder. And the bronzer / highlighter pallettes are amazing.
I was apprehensive about them at first as it seemed a flashy kids brand but it's not.
Massive convert here. I'm hoping hubby will get me a few more bits to try out for Christmas.

It's very expensive but I think giorgio armani foundation is the best one I've ever tried. It blends in like butter.

Trinny BFF de stress. If you are looking for something natural which doesn't feel like you have anything on your face then it is perfect. I had never worn foundation, went through a short spell in late 30's of a tinted moisturiser but didn't like the feel of it. Bought Trinny BFF de stress last November (mid 40's) and have worn it ever since.

I still think that Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser is the best.

Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish is amazing for drier skin.

There’s apparently now an Estée Lauder Double wear sheer. I’ve not tried it yet but the reviews are mixed. It seems to be much lighter than the light which might suit what you’re after.
I bought Mac face and body after double wear light was discontinued. Although I think it’s been discontinued too! But there was plenty available when I bought it and the bottle is massive! It’s quite sheer, but long lasting and not too matte. I like it but the shade is slightly too dark for my winter skin so I’m mixing a couple of drops of Revolution pro foundation drops in a lighter shade which seems to work well, and gives a tiny bit more coverage.

I love the EL Double Weart Water Fresh Nude but it too has been discontinued. I've tried all the above suggestions but I'm currently using Erborian CC and BB creams. They are amazing! uk.erborian.com/cc-cream-dor%C3%A9,7,1,1085,4057.htm

I have the eborian cc cream, but I can't get it to last long ,unless I power over, I am trying to just use cream products

lindyloo57 · 22/12/2021 19:32

just to add the it cc cream lasts longer then the eborian on me, but I still have to use a little setting powed with it, I just wish I could find a bb, cc or tinted foundation with staying power.

gulliblestravels · 22/12/2021 19:33

I am STILL looking for an alternative to the now discontinued Maybelline Dream Bronze BB cream ☹️

worriedatthemoment · 22/12/2021 20:51

I use nivea day cream tinted as fair and wear minimal make up , I find that good

EmpressCixi · 22/12/2021 21:00

I use Madara organic city anti-pollution cc cream with spf 15. It’s usually £25 or so for a 40ml tube. I like it because it’s moisturiser, foundation, sun cream and anti-wrinkle all in one.

mnahmnah · 22/12/2021 21:04

I love the No7 City Lite tinted moisturiser
