Any perfume experts who can help find a substitute for a discontinued perfume?

I absolutely love an obscure unique perfume which has been discontinued so want to find a substitute.

The perfume is Jean Paul Gaultier classique essence (it is in the traditional but with geometric pointy boobs). It is described as:

Classique Essence de Parfum starts with a fresh spicy note of ginger. The heart of Sambac jasmine and orange blossom is placed on a sultry base of precious woods, vanilla and chantilly cream.

Anyone know of similar perfumes- the spicy vanilla cream smell is quite unique I think.

Check out this link as a PP said upthread. I see that the notes are also similar to Zadig & Voltaire This is Her. I think you can find it in Boots or The Fragrance Shop.

Thank you - i clearly hadn't googled well enough as i couldn't find any in stock. Have also ordered some of the Zadig and Voltaire one to see if I like that too.
