There was a thread about this a couple of weeks back. Pretty much universal agreement that they’re appalling. I had an issue with two items back at the beginning of the year and I only got my money back after getting PayPal involved.

They used to be great! Only recently gone downhill. Order used to come next day from UK, my last couple of orders have taken at least a week and come from Germany 😬
