Boots not adding £45 of points after online order

How often do they usually take to add points to an account following despatch of an online order?

It’s been a week and the points haven’t come through. No one is answering their Twitter or Facebook, and they’ve removed their customer service email address from their website. Help!

They are usually pretty good, contact them and ask I’ve never had an issue is your advantage card linked to online?
Hope it gets sorted

I rang them as apparently I had two advantage cards and the online one was linked to the wrong card, I called up and they merged them without issue

I agree you should contact them. Same happened to me and I got in contact and they added the points on. It was a pretty straight forward process to sort.

Have been on the phone with a chap at the call centre for 27 mins and counting and he isn’t able to do it.

Their tweeting staff are normally good for this but as its Christmas they are just swapped I imagine

I've had an absolute mare with then recently, tweeted then a week ago, asked to DM and still no response.

The telephone contact centre told me to use this email address, suggest you try the same [email protected]

Good luck (and swap to Superdrug next time, they're based where I live and post UK taxes unlike Boots sadly)
