Is anyone else having problems with Boots atm?

I placed three orders with them in early December, and only one of them has arrived... All of the orders contained gifts, so I may need to panic buy on Thursday if they haven't shown up by then! Sad

I had it where I couldn't select click and collect delivery which made me suspect they were having problems with logistics.

I stopped using them they’ve got so slow I actually prefer Superdrug- I never thought that possible.

I think I might have OP's parcels Shock I've received two which I didn't order, addressed to me but with a different customer number, and they aren't responding to my emails telling them what's happened. It's only a small item, the same in each parcel funnily enough, but somebody must be missing them. My own orders have arrived quite promptly though.

Yes i have. I have 3 items missing from my order from black Friday deals. I emailed them a week ago and have had no reply.

Yes they are dreadful. I have also switched to Superdrug - free delivery with loyalty card.

So my presents have yet to show up! I had to panic buy on Christmas Eve, which was less than ideal.

Annoyingly, the first parcel that showed up had one of the "3 for 2" gifts in it, which I have given to someone. So I presume that I won't be able to return the other two if they ever do show up?

Yep. I ordered three items last week, collected the box at my local boots and it only had two items in it. I've emailed them but not had a reply yet. Tried to call but the wait time was 40 mins. I'll not order from them again.

They're the only people who won't leave stuff on porch or set up redelivery or whatever. They keep using Royal Mail who just send it to our local parcel office. This has been a pita at various points this year as we have cev in our household and not going out. It was a case of the parcel office sending stuff back to Boots!

This is why I won’t order from boots online now. Did it last Christmas as I wanted the soap and glory bath tray. Added some other stuff for collect from store for convenience, made it next day so I would have the baby stuff I needed ASAP, but I could have easily gone to local store for that. The bath tray was the one thing they left out due to not being able to do it next day! Nothing at time of order, so I ended up paying next day premium for stuff I could have asked DH to pick up from Boots next door to his workplace.

My collect from store order was sat waiting for me for 2 weeks as on my account it just said "processing". There was also 1 item missing and if I hadn't asked the store to call for me to arrange refund I imagine I still wouldn't have the item or a refund. I've never had issues with Boots before. I presume they had a big problem with availability of stock and delivery staff.

So I rang them today and they confirmed that my parcel is indeed missing. They gave me a full refund, but I have missed out on the 3 for 2 offer (i.e. I have paid full price for an item that was in the 3 for 2 as the other items never showed up).

I won't be ordering with them next Christmas sadly.
