Eye liner

Please can you gurus recommend an eye liner for me. It needs to be waterproof and stay put for a 12 hour shift (nurse).
I'm not dexterous and have rubbish eyesight without my glasses so I can't use the liquid liner or anything that requires skill.

I just got one in an advent calendar, it’s by Stila and it’s a twist up pencil. Easy to use and stays put (I use it to tight line). Here it is: link
