Holy grail dewy foundstion?

Please may I have recommendation for above.

Sheer, light reflecting and dewy.
I have pale neutral skin .
High end fine.
I dont have spots . I have v clear skin with red tiny veins , want to glow amd look alive and fresh as post meno grey skin is not great ! Thanks !

After a lifetime searching the Holy Grail of foundation, expensive and economical, I’ve found Rimmel Lasting Radiance.
It’s brilliant on my ageing skin. For extra dewieness I use Clarins Beauty Flash Balm first.
