My last two boxes weren't great. Not even worth sharing - but this time they have come up trumps so thought I would share.

Here's a £25 discount code (48 hours) for anyone interested

I had chosen three things from my preview:

Black dress
Jumpsuit
Oversized Cobalt Cardi.

I can only see how to attach three photos so these are attached. They were all fantastic. The cardi is the most gorgeous colour, although quite oversized, which I really like.

I cannot believe how flattering the jumpsuit is. I should probably add I am mid fifties and thought maybe I was kidding myself, but it is a lovely fit. The V neck makes my gigantic norks look almost normal, and it gives the impression of a waist which I really do not have

The black dress is a good quality that hangs nice and heavy if that makes sense? I sometimes struggle with dresses like this that are belted, because of aforementioned large chest, which means belt loops are way too high, but no problem with this. Will look great with tights and boots.

The two additional items were a pair of the legendary Mauvette jeans. These ones were straight, and a nice dark indigo. What's not to like?

The final item was the Lilian batwing jumper which I already had in sky blue, but this time it's in burgundy. It's a thin enough knit to feel appropriate for business meetings but still cosy.

A return to form for me - I was thinking of not bothering any more, but this box has restored my faith Xmas Grin

Looks great, so pleased you got a good one.

I'm due my next one in January.

Have you been sent any clothes from Episode - which is one of their brands? I've had a few items which I've loved but without fail, the quality is poor. A skirt has a ripped pocket after only a few weeks, another skirt ripped completely. A pair of cargo trousers were hugely frayed at the waistband and while I could still wear them as it wasn't visible, it annoyed me (then they got stained but that's not their fault) and then this month my gorgeous new faux fur coat lost the hook after 2 wears.

nanbread · 16/12/2021 12:13

What brand is the jumpsuit please?

lockdownalli · 16/12/2021 12:24

No I haven't had any EPISODE I don't think. I get a lot of Mango usually, some Boden, and lots of environmentally friendly Scandi brands.

I had one blouse I had to send back which shrank really badly despite me washing it at 30 degrees. They refunded me without quibble.

The jumpsuit is Editor's Cut. It's lovely and heavy and flows so nicely. Seriously I look like a bloody barrel normally and this makes me look like I have an actual figure.

I can add the other two photos now Smile

It all looks lovely.

BlingLoving · 16/12/2021 12:29

Oh shite, sorry, the brand I have an issue with Is editor's Cut. No idea where Episode came from. Hopefully you won't have issues with the jumpsuit. I agree that the cut on them s often nice and v flattering. It's just the quality.

AdamRyan · 16/12/2021 12:29

I got the Lillian jumper too and I looooooove it

SilverOtter · 22/12/2021 19:11

Ooooo I love all of those things! Can't wait to get my next boxSmile

RepentBirthingPersonFucker · 22/12/2021 19:15

Love them all

ninnynonny · 22/12/2021 19:22

Ooh I got the cardi in off white. I've had a few really good ones.

FindingMyStyle · 22/12/2021 19:45

I've only had one box so far but kept it all. Ot included a dark teal jumper that looks like that one, I love it.

MrBoldwood · 22/12/2021 20:57

That’s a nice haul. I love the cardi.
I LOVE Stitchfix and expecting my fifth or sixth box in February. I keep two or three items each time.

Supersimkin2 · 22/12/2021 23:05

Stitchfix have a lot of trans clients, too.

MrBoldwood · 23/12/2021 07:47

That’s interesting super - why do you think that is?

AdamRyan · 23/12/2021 09:45

Stitchfix have a lot of trans clients, too.
What relevance is that to anything on this thread? Confused

happychristmasbum · 23/12/2021 12:31

I absolutely love it.

Gets me looking at different brands and styles.

RobertaFirmino · 24/12/2021 01:40

@Supersimkin2

Stitchfix have a lot of trans clients, too.
I can see the appeal - I'm sure many transwomen appreciate having someone to recommend styles to them and also the privacy to try on at home. Good for them.
Natzedd · 16/01/2022 14:41

Hi! So I have the jumpsuit coming in my box this week (it was in the preview) - is it cropped? I have the green animal one in my last box and I only sent it back because cropped in January isn’t ideal….

Love your items. I kept only one dress from my first box (editors cut, animal print, attached, along with 2 others I sent back).

Anyone else been sucked into this after going to see Rosie Ramsey on the “sha**ed married annoyed tour?!”

I love the blue cardigan. Where is it from?

IsolaPribby · 16/01/2022 15:23

@Natzedd I have used your link and signed up! Excited to see what I get in my first delivery!

Natzedd · 16/01/2022 15:32

Oh yay, please share what you get!!!! I go on most days and do their daily quiz, I think it helps them (or the algorithm) see what your style is so the options are more suited to you. Exciting!!!!

When they asked how much I usually spend on items, I just went for the lowest category. And I was surprised that they don't ask what body shape you are.
I should get a preview email soon!

Socialcarenope · 16/01/2022 18:35

How much are the items they send on average? Do they stick within what you say?

Natzedd · 16/01/2022 21:14

@Socialcarenope I got a £90 cardigan in my preview and fed back that it wasn’t in my price range if submitted. The other things I’ve seen in my preview or received have been in my budget. £50 for a jumpsuit/dress, £35/£45 for a jumper… I’ve only had 1 box and had a preview selection of another tho 🙂

Looking forward to my first parcel having read all the feedback here. Smile
